Nemacolin Woodland Resort Finally Obtained a Gambling License
Pennsylvania will soon have another casino this summer and blackjack is going to be big there. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has finally said yes to the proposed 28 table games at the Lady Luck Casino. The new casino will be at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, Pennsylvania. Nemacolin is only one of the two resorts soon to have a casino license.
The Isle of Capri Casino will be the one to run the casino and everyone is excited with its opening this summer. In the beginning, it was approved to have 600 slots but now will start with 28 table games only. Half of these will be for blackjack, being it is the most popular card game. The rest will be for various poker games while the last four will be for roulette and craps respectively.
The Isle of Capri Casino, Inc. has their headquarters in Creve Coeur, Missouri. It’s a gaming company that operates casinos as well as associated entertainment and lodging facilities in the whole US and even abroad. It currently has 15 casinos scattered in six US states and is reported to have approximately 2 million visitors every year. The company is said to have 15,000 slot machines, 400 table games, 3,100 hotel rooms and 36 restaurants.
The opening of the casino is expected to help the economy of Pennsylvania as well as the residents in the area. Lady Luck casino officials announced that around 400 people will be employed where 130 of it will be handling the table games. This should come as great news for everyone looking for a new place to enjoy and those who need jobs.
