Developer Launches Blackjack Counting Trainer for iPhone
The Blackjack Counting Trainer, a game to help online blackjack players hone their card counting skills was recently released much to the surprise of the blackjack community. Designed by Jason Zhang, an independent game developer, the Blackjack Counting Trainer 1.1 has been created for the iPhone, iPod and iPad. The game is expected to teach players how to count cards, a skill which they can then use to play blackjack online.
The game currently focuses on a Hi-Lo card counting method, which is one of the simplest forms of card counting in blackjack. The game has been designed to incorporate touch screen tactics into it and players will have to make decisions by pushing their chip according to the directions given. The game has the look and feel of an actual blackjack table and players will not have too many buttons interfering with their gaming experience.
The game has an index of options which feature betting chips according to card counting and offers players two kinds of gaming strategies to choose from. These include Atlantic City Strategy and Las Vegas Strip Strategy which estimates the moves a player should make.
The game also provides players with card counting statistics and an be purchased for as little as $0.99 USD.
